A small 7cm x 5cm photograph came in to my possession. It had extensive damaged and was in a very sorry state. I have given it a sympathetic restoration.
No Photoshop Neural filters used here, just touch up tools to maintain the character of the image. The final image on this page is an animated gif showing the restoration steps.
The Image is dated 1941 on the reverse and was taken at a high street Jerome walk in Studio. The picture is a Type III Jerome print used from the mid-1930s to early 1940s.
Location is unknown.
I hope Muriel and her friend / family member Enid would have approved.
